PC Fans Spin For A Second Then Nothing

Identify the Fan

Disconnect USB Device

Remove Other Components

If your motherboard supports onboard graphics then you can also remove the GPU from the computer and start the system without it. If that’s working, it means there is a problem with the GPU or the PSU doesn’t have enough power to run the GPU as well.

It can be any other component, but usually, with these symptoms, the main culprit is the PSU. The final thing you can do from your end is replaced a few other components and see if there is any issue with them.
